It's time to get your hands dirty on the farm. Learn the behind the scenes of our farm & gardens. Get up and personal to the animal spaces and help the farm with exhibits & garden upkeep. Find all of its hidden treasures and learn what it takes to own farm animals.

What does a Zoo Keeper do?

The Zoo Keeper program allows participants to perform zoo tasks and are supervised by a qualified professional staff member

Some of the tasks that a Zoo Keeper may perform include:

  1. Assist with diet preparation and feeding of the animal collection

  2. Learn animal handling skills

  3. Improving & Learning about garden upkeep

  4. Assist with grooming and/or cleaning animal areas.

  5. Spend some time getting closer with exclusive access to animal exhibits!
