Meet Our Instructor
Meet Lynn Winters-Hicks, Certified with The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)/National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Primary Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, with specialized certifications ranging from children to seniors. Lynn is a motivational speaker and finds Goat Yoga rewarding.

Over 35 years of service related employment, my life experiences as a mother of 3, a caregiver for 18 years, and a breast cancer survivor, all help me to relate to my clients and students with much personal attention and empathy. The event is scheduled for approx. 45 minutes, arrive early or stay later and explore the rest of the farm and enjoy the other animals living on the farm. 15 minutes after class for plenty cuddling and photos with our goats!
If you are interested in hosting a birthday party or special group event please contact us for information!
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: You must have a ticket to attend inside the Yoga area, if you have friends or family members coming just visiting the animals and farm, entry is $10 Cash at the door and goat feed is also available to purchase. Private Group Session $575
Get your group of friends or family together for such a memorable time at the farm. A private session can be created if you want only your invites to come in for goat yoga. Great choice for birthdays, family reunions, Bridal party's, organizations etc. We usually set up on off Saturday at the normal 2:30-3:30 or a 3:45-4:45 session of an existing date chosen or possibly even a Sunday. You can choose UP TO 24 other guests to join you for goat yoga. Requested dates will have to be approved by the instructor prior to verify availablilty. Please call to request a Private Session
